Raja Lakhamagouda Science Institute was established in 1935. The institution has been bifurcated in 2002 as full pledged RL PU College of Science which is running under the guidance framed by Pre-University Education Board Bengaluru. Once again, it is proved with the track records as one of the best institutions in the ambit of North Karnataka region. As an institution, it is dedicated to the welfare of mankind through blended quality education to the overall development of the students and making the young minds to compete with global world with the vision of “Education for Global Excellence” for the betterment of the tomorrow.

Since 1935, the Institute has been flourished with a strong blend of heritage, infrastructure, state of the art, technology and intertwined human resource committed to provide advanced global education to innovative skills. Imbibing the frozen thoughts which are imparted by renowned lecturers who made the students to prove their caliber every year bringing many laurels to the institution from different streams like better ranks in CET, securing 95.06% in Board Exam, clearing JEE, participating at national level sports meet and NCC RD parade in Delhi are clear reflection of our college achievements. RL PU Science college is not only rendering education but also incorporating human values with our heritage, customs, culture to make the budding students as a complete human. Our college percentage is increasing towards pinnacle year by year. But rigorous efforts and perserverance placed our college as one of the leading science colleges in North Karnataka. College is recognized by securing 233 ranking in 2019 CET exam, 594th Rank in 2020 CET.

RL PU College of Science has many academic programs like conducting monthly tests, midterm exam, 3 preparatory exams, remedial classes, parents meet, following up the slow learners, providing quality education for JEE and NEET aspirants, cultural programs, in short, the students will be moulded in such a way that they could face all competitive exams with confidence. We reposed a faith in a quality education and we are committed to reach out the goal. I hope my students community will start a new journey………
