Candidates who wish to take admission should contact the Principal office personally along with parent\/guardian. They should bring completely filled application form along with four passport size photographs and a statement of marks obtained in S.S.L.C Examination duly attested by the Headmaster\/Principal of the School.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;16px&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;16px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The documents to be submitted in original to the college office:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Provisional Marks card of S.S.L.C or equivalent exam marks card with a Xerox copy.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Transfer certificate issued by the institution last attended with a Xerox copy.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Conduct certificate issued by the institution last attended with a Xerox copy.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Provisional Eligibility Certificate issued by the Director, Dept. of P.U. Education, Bengaluru Karnataka (Applicable to students from other countries only).<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Caste Certificate issued by the Tahasildhar with a Xerox copy (Applicable to SC\/ST\/BCM Group candidates only).<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Income Certificate.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">10<sup>th<\/sup> standard Exam Hall ticket.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Adhar card zerox copy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;16px&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;16px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All admissions are provisional and are subject to final approval by the Dept. of P.U.
